Our Mission
Established in 2011, AM Architect’s Studio has followed a guiding principle of planning and designing complex facilities that add value to our client’s projects and maximize the return on investment through quality design and an active participation in management of the process. We are inspired by clients, stakeholders, and the wider community as we work together to create architecture that is appropriate to the context, is environmentally responsible, and an asset to the community, and is a meaningful place to live, work, and play. We aim to conduct our business in a transparent manner that is ethical, is profitable, and fosters the professional growth of our staff, while working with our clients to establish and meet a mutually defined metric for project success.
Our Fate
The architectural firm of AM Architect’s Studio, LLC., was established with people working together for last 20 years in same envelope and formed on the premise that clients deserved, and would appreciate, the quality design offered by large global firms without the overhead that those firms charge. Taking advantage of his background with several fine design firms, Mr. Allende Matos and Mr. Young Kim recognized that there are no stock solutions to complex architectural problems. They also understood that the combination of fee and construction cost value and design excellence.
Our Services
AM Architect’s Studio provides architecture, interior design, planning and project management services in house. AM Architect’s Studio selects the specialists with the most relevant experience for each project and coordinates their efforts under a single contract between the client and our firm. We actively manage ourselves and these specialists so as to provide complete and seamless service. We have proven working relationships with engineers and consultants in all the disciplines needed to provide full professional services on planning and construction projects of all sizes.
